Blake Lively in Sperry

Blake Lively wore these classic Sperry Topsiders while making a dash to her hotel in Paris on July 6, 2010. Fun fact: these shoes were designed in 1935 and were the first shoes specifically designed to be safe on the slippery decks of boats.
